Retainer Refund Policy

Impression Kits are ineligible for refund due to hygienic reasons. All other non-customNewSmile products are eligible for a return thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return and are fund, the non-custom made product must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it.If you request a refund or our licensed dental team determines that our process is not a good fit, a refund case will be opened byNewSmile™with specific steps outlined.

In the rare event that your retainer do not fit perfectly, we will provide a free return shipping label, and will fabricate a new retainer for you. If you retainers do not after your replacement, we are happy to provide a full refund.
