What happens after I approve fabrication with NewSmile?

Once you approve, our team begins making your custom retainers or custom night guard from your at-home impressions. You’ll receive an order confirmation, then a tracked shipment when it leaves the lab. No clinic visit—everything is handled online in the United States.

How fast is delivery in the U.S., and will I get tracking?

We ship nationwide in 2–4 business days (contiguous U.S.) with tracked delivery. You’ll get a tracking link by email/SMS as soon as your package is scanned by the carrier. (AK/HI typically 3–7 business days.)

If you request to have your retainer or night guard shipped outside of the United States, there will be an additional charge that will depend on your destination location.

Can I change or cancel after approval (address, product)?

Contact NewSmile Support immediately. If fabrication hasn’t started, we may be able to update or cancel at no charge. After production begins, changes may require a remake fee. Address updates are free until a label is printed; we’ll resend a new tracking link.

What if the fit isn’t perfect when my retainers or night guard arrive?

You’re covered by our 30-Day Perfect Fit Guarantee in the U.S.—send fit photos and we’ll guide an adjustment or remake it free. We provide prepaid U.S. return labels for any refit to make the process simple.

How do reorders work in the U.S., and how often should I replace them?

We keep your digital molds on file for quick U.S. reorders—no new impressions unless your teeth change. Plan to replace retainers about every ~6 months to keep the fit tight; replace a 2.0 mm night guard depending on grinding. HSA/FSA eligible; cleaning with Petal Cleaning Pods that abrasive tablets or use our Petal Ultrasonic Cleaner 2–3×/week keeps devices clear and fresh.
