I started using New Smile last year. It took me about 7 months to fix my crooked tooth. So, I started doing my research online, found some companies offering the same service, so I decided to go with New Smile primarily for the price, but only price itself does not count, right? So I started digging deeper, reading reviews, watching videos, and then I was convinced they're good. Their customer service is very helpful. So my experience was really good, I'll upload before and after photos, I'm really satisfied, and definitely will recommend them to my friends and family.

My specialist was Lou and she was amazing. Very nice and very thorough with explaining exactly what I needed to do and what to do to improve my trial impressions. I would definitely recommend this company and my specialist to anyone looking to get a straighter smile :)

My appt went well. Lou/Angel was very patient with me. My gag reflexes work very good. So I was definitely struggling with the impressions but she walked me through it step by step. Hopefully they work.

Received an email @ 7am stating my impression appointment was rescheduled for tomorrow at the same time (which doesn'twork, I had to request time for this appointment). All while still receiving multiple texts and emails reminding me of my appointment for today. HORRIBLE communication.

I did the first treatment and I was happy with the product but the final result was not good as I was expecting. Then I lost the last retainer and they offered me the Refinements and I was okay with that. To do the Refinements I needed to do the impression again but the 1st time were to small and the 2nd and 3rd were not good enough. Like this I paid 2 impression kit and then I went to do the 3D scan because was taking to much time. Now I am done with the Refinements but my teeth are not perfect yet. I think the last retainer should be ticker as I am supposed to use it for 6 months and after 4 months broke.The costumer service is amazing but I think that Invisalign have very similar cost in the end of the treatment.

Great follow-up every two weeks with photos sent. Nothing negative to say about this company so far.

communication skills are lacking within their inner team. You either don't get a response or you get two or three responses from different team members. Its very confusing and a bit frustrating.
With that said, the actual procedure to get your aligners was really simple and fast. I have been shopping around for aligners for over a year and have actually started treatment with another company and then I quite about a month after I began just because for the amount of money I was spending I felt like I should be receiving updates.
This review is all over the place. I really want to say that as a whole I really like New Smile and I am very excited to begin my teeth straightening journey.
I will edit this post once I have used the product for a few months.

Fast on the move

My one on one to create my impressions was super. Angel was very personable, friendly, patient.
Providing pictures was pretty easy. I assume if you need something else or more, you will let me know.

I am loving NewSmile so far. I am seeing the change in my smile take place with each step and I am starting to gain more confidence with this. They are very responsive and always check up if they haven’t heard anything from me for a while to make sure everything is alright. For me, I have nothing bad to say about my journey so far. I would definitely recommend it.

I give a 2 star rating as the customer service was nice. My journey began when NewSmile was formally known as SmileLove. After a few years into the treatment and a round of refinements, this did not work for me at all. I wore my aligners for the recommended 22 hours per day, and when I was unable to adjust to the new set, I continued to wear the aligners for months as suggested. My teeth have not straightened at all and I am devastated. Please do your research and listen to your dentist. At home dentistry is not worth it.
